No two pieces are completely identical even in matched sets. Each piece is a work of art. They are made of porcelain clay and food safe. They can be used in oven and microwave for warming up. They can be washed in dishwasher. In order to minimize any possible damage caused by dishwasher, I recommend hand washing for a valued piece of pottery.
